Jo Fisher Roberts has always loved drawing nature. Her first  exhibition was when she was sixteen in the Old House at Halls Place in Bexley. She then trained in art at The Slade School of Fine Art where she finally achieved a Masters of Fine Art. She went on to train in illustration at Putney School of Art. She now works as a freelance artist and illustrator as well as teaching. Botanical illustration and Natural History illustration are her favourite subjects to teach, she says “there is something very enjoyable about teaching people how to slow down and really look at the natural world around them.”
